2. Products and prices
Prices are in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Frecuentia may modify prices; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
The sale contract is formed when the order is confirmed by email.
4. Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after order confirmation (mainland Spain). European shipments may take 5–10 business days depending on destination.
- Mainland Spain: free shipping on all orders.
- Rest of Europe (EU): flat fee of €25 per order.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: please ask for rates and times before ordering.
Lead times start from payment confirmation. No shipments are processed on weekends or national holidays.
5. Payment
Payment methods are shown at checkout. Transactions are processed through secure gateways.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Spanish RDL 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without justification. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
7. Warranty
Products carry the 3-year statutory conformity warranty.
