Frecuentia, based in Barcelona, contact hola@frecuentia.com, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.
2. Data collected and purpose
- Acoustic configurator: room dimensions and preferences (not personal data).
- Contact / orders form: name, email, phone and address, to handle your request or order.
- Analytics: aggregated usage data (page, device, country) without personal identification.
3. Legal basis
User consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), contractual performance (art. 6.1.b) and legitimate interest in improving the service (art. 6.1.f).
4. Retention
Data will be retained while a commercial relationship exists or until deletion is requested, and later for legally applicable periods.
5. Recipients
No data is shared with third parties except by legal obligation or with providers needed to deliver the service (hosting, payment, shipping), always under a data processor agreement.
